I wanted to write this note for all to read. 

Derek McElwee is an asset to anyone with an audio/video need or concern.  On more than one occasion, Derek has made himself available to assist me in fixing issues that for our church are major, yet with his expertise were really minor. 

Along with fixing things for us, Derek has taken his own time to show us how to better operate the equipment we have and given us professional advice on the directions we need to investigate to take our worship experiences to the next level.  Derek really is a genuine lover of performance to the point that his passion for music radiates through his work. 

Any group would be fortunate to have Derek's knowledge used to benefit their project.  This is my word of endorsement for a very talented young man.
